Riverhead Man Charged With DWI

The defendant was released on $500 bail.

Riverhead Town police arrested Maynor Arevalo-Llamas, 22, of Riverhead and charged him with driving while intoxicated early Sunday morning.

Accoring to police, after a motor vehicle stop on Elton Street at 5:29 a.m. Sunday morning, Arevalo-Llama was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor.

He was arraigned at Riverhead Town justice court and released after posting $500 bail.
