Possession of a hyperdermic instrument isn't enough of an offense to have the offenders name listed come on Judy

Hi John and 11779 First off, happy New Year and thank you for giving your feedback about blotter information. About two months ago Patch revised its police blotter policy with regards to posting names related to non-felony crime arrests. While Patch does name those arrested and charged with DWI, which is a misdemeanor yet poses a public danger allegation, Patch is not now providing names on most misdemeanors given that circumstances in many cases, such as contempt of court and hypodermic needle allegations, as specific situations be varied. We will post names related to all felonies. And our policy includes providing a link to the police site where the details of an arrest can easily be accessed. If you would like to get more insight, feel free to call me or email me. And again, thanks for your feedback.
