Flanders Man Charged With Having False Resident Alien Card

Southampton Police reports through Nov. 26.

Forgery

•A traffic stop in Flanders Nov. 23 yielded a felony arrest of second degree forgery. Police say Juan Pazos was stopped for a routine traffic violation at 3:10 a.m. on Flanders Road when he produced what turned out to be a false resident alien card. Pazos also was wanted on a DWI outstanding warrant originating out of Quogue.

Driving While Impaired by Drugs

•Tyrell Fowler, 19, of Riverhead, was charged at 11:57 p.m. in Flanders Nov. 23 after his vehicle was stopped on Birch Creek Road in Flanders. Cops said Fowler appeared to be in a stupor and was lethargic. He was charged with driving while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor.

DWI

•Marco Hernandez, 33, of Flanders, was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, after being pulled over by police Nov. 22 at 10:10 p.m. Police said Hernandez was involved in a motor vehicle accident on CR 39 in Southampton when it was discovered he was intoxicated.
