Town Police Log: DWI, Petit Larceny

The following information was supplied by the Southampton Town Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.

DWI

Jesse Maggio, 23, of Southold was arrested Saturday at 3:51 a.m. on Peconic Avenue in Riverside and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police stopped Maggio for a traffic violation when they discovered that he was intoxicated, the said.

Petit Larceny

Adriana Navarro, 30, of Riverhead was arrested Sunday at 8:40 p.m. and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Police said Navarro stole a man’s cell phone from his home on Wakeman Road in Hampton Bays. Police picked her up at her home and brought her to headquarters for arraignment, according to a police report.
