Riverhead police have arrested and charged two individuals in connection with an armed robbery at Barth's Drug Store in Riverhead in November.

According to police, Arnell Nash, 21, of Riverhead, and Erick Darden, 19, of Riverhead, were arrested and processed with the Nov. 7 robbery at Barth's.

Nash and Darden were indicted by the Suffolk County District Attorney's office on three counts of robbery in the first degree and three counts of robbery in the third degree each, police said.

Darden was additionally indicted in separate incidents on two counts of burglary in the second degree in connection with residential burglaries that had been reported, police said.

The release indicated that Darden is incarcerated in lieu of $40,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond; Nash is being held in lieu of $25,000 cash or $100,000 bond.
