Riverhead Town Police nabbed two men for allegedly driving while intoxicated Saturday night.
According to police, Roberto Rodriguez 63, of Flanders, was arrested on East Main Street at 12:45 a.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
Earlier Saturday night, Riverhead police arrested Flanders resident Daniel Yaxon, 26, of Flanders, on Northville Turnpike at 7:07 p.m. and charged him with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
No further information was immediately available about the circumstances of the arrests.
