Two Teens Arrested for Flanders Burglary

Both were charged with second degree burglary, a felony.

Two juveniles were arrested Oct. 19 in Flanders for breaking and entering a neighboring home, stealing electronics and cash, police said.

Southampton Town Police said the two 13-year-old juveniles broke into a nearby home and stole multiple computers, video games, and about $75 in cash.

Both were arrested and charged with second degree burglary, a felony, and were told to return to the Suffolk County Probation Intake at the Suffolk County Jail to answer to the charges.

Larcenies from cars have increased, police said in a statement. Police advised residents to lock their doors, roll up their car windows and activate a car alarm, if they have one.
