Thursday morning just before noon, the driver of a BMW heading westbound on Route 25A collided with a Jeep Grand Cherokee as the driver pulled out of a commercial complex between Deerfield and Gateway Drives.

Police confirmed that the crash occurred as the driver of the jeep was pulling southbound out of the complex, attempting to drive east on Route 25A.

The user said that according to police, the driver of the jeep, a woman, was sent to Peconic Bay Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, however neither Suffolk County Police nor Riverhead Police could confirm.
