Don't Miss: Riverhead Candidates Debate At Suffolk Theater

Candidates will voice their views on Riverhead Monday night.

Riverhead candidates for town board and the town supervisor's seat will face off at the Suffolk Theater Monday night.

The debate, which kicks off at 7 p.m., will feature the Democratic candidates for town supervisor Ann Cotten-DeGrasse and Angela Devito. Next up will be the Republican town candidates for town board, John Dunleavy, Jodi Giglio, and Anthony Coates.

The debate is presented by local publications the Riverhead News-Review and RiverheadLOCAL, according to a News-Review article

Two debates will be held in total, the article states, with Monday's in advance of the Sept. 10 Republican primary for the Riverhead town council race and the Democratic primary for the town supervisor's post. The second debate will take place on October 24, before the election on November 5.

Tickets to both debates cost $5 each, with all ticket proceeds being donated to a local charity.

Doors, kitchen and bar open at the Suffolk Theater from 5 to 7 p.m. and from 9 p.m. until close.
