Voter's Guide 2010: Polling Places, Voting Machine

Where to vote and how to do it.

In case you haven't heard, tomorrow is Election Day. But where do you go to cast your ballot? And how do you do it? Riverhead has added a polling place this year and Suffolk County has instituted an electronic voting machine, so things have changed a bit since last year's election.

The polls will be open from 6:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Election Districts 1, 10, 15, 17:

  • Pulaski Street School; 300 Pulaski Street

Election District 3:

  • Riverhead Free Library; 330 Court Street
    • Special Instructions: Downstairs

Election District 4:

  • Cornell Co-Operative Extension; 423 Griffing Avenue
    • Special Instructions: First floor meeting room

Election Districts 6, 9:

Election District 7:

  • Aquebogue Elementary School; 499 Main Road

Election Districts 8, 16:

  • George Young Community Center; 446 S. Jamesport Avenue
    • Special Instructions: Room "A," Second Floor

Election District 11:
