: A grand jury opted not to indict Kenneth J. Tofty-Forrest, 27, of Hampton Bays, on manslaughter charges in relation to a "road rage" incident on April 21 in which Robert Levasseur, 53, a Riverhead Four Ones Taxi driver, died after being struck in the head by Tofty-Forrest at the Chase Bank in Hampton Bays.
