Don't Miss: Rescheduled Black History Month Unity Celebration

The event at Riverhead High School has been changed to Monday, Feb. 25, at 6:30 p.m.

Riverhead High School's Black History Month Unity Celebration has been rescheduled -- and will take place Monday, Feb. 25. at 6:30 in the high school auditorium.

The event will feature the Riverhead High School NJROTC, essays by students, a performance by the First Baptist Church Praise Dance group, music selections by the Riverhead High School chamber choir, personal poetry readings, the Riverhead High School jazz ensemble, a performance by the high school step and drill team, and a musical presentation by Aquebogue Elementary School students.

The event was initially slated for last week but was rescheduled due to weather conditions.
