Parenting Workshops: Eating Healthy on the Run

As part of the Family Health and Wellness Program at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Suffolk County, a series of parenting workshops will be held in March, April and May.

Eating Healthy on the Run will be the focus of this workshop. Participants will recieve tips on food shopping, beverages and how to recognize healthy and unhealthy choices as they dine out.
