Peconic Land Trust's Children's Seed Saving Box workshop

Join the fun when the Peconic Land Trust hosts Maureen Radigan of The Child's Garden Preschool! Most children love to plant flowers and grow their own food.  Did you know that you can harvest, dry, sort and save the seeds from the plants to replant them next year? Come to the Trust's Agricultural Center at Charnews Farm and learn everything there is to know to start saving seeds!  This program is suitable for children ages 3-5 years with parent/caregiver and ages 6+ on their own.  Limited space, registration required.  Rain or shine.
