The Peconic Bay Power Squadron Presents "How to Use a Chart"

The Peconic Bay Power Squadron will host special chart reading seminar for local mariners. The seminar, "How to Use a Chart," will teach attendees how will learn how to recognize buoys and beacons, how to plot a  safe course using lay out and measurements, and will teach you how to create waypoints for your GPS system.
