Frigid Temps Spark 2-Hour Delay At Riverhead Schools
Icy roads are a concern for school administrators.
As temperatures plunge overnight, roads are expected to become icy, prompting the Riverhead Central School District to operate on a two-hour delay on Tuesday morning.
"Due to the expected hazardous road conditions, there will be a two hour delay," a statement from the district read.
