Riverhead Art Club members Sarah Helgans, Ashley Graziano, Danielle Ramirez, and art teacher and adviser Jennifer Howlett are among those collecting items in an efforts to raise funds for a field trip to the Metropolitan Museum of Art scheduled for the spring. The fund-raiser will conclude on Feb. 10.
Items needed include cell phones, Apple iPods, digital cameras, laptop computers, iPads and tablets, inkjet cartridges and broken jewelry.
