School Board to Vote on Bond Contracts

The board will also vote to approve or reject the findings of the 2010-2011 audit.

The Riverhead School District Board of Education will vote on the first two contracts of . The bond will be .

The contracts are a $90,200 contract with L.K. McLean Associates for land surveying services and a $48,805 agreement with Soil Mechanics Drilling Corporation for soil boring, according to the agenda. Both companies were selected during the mandatory RFP process.

The school board will also hear a presentation on the district's most recent audit and will vote to approve or reject the findings at Tuesday night's board meeting, according to an agenda released by the district.

Vincent Cullen, from the accounting firm Cullen & Danowski LLP, will be present to discuss the findings from the 2010-2011 school year audit with the board. 

The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. at the Riverhead High School and is open to the public.
