Coach, 3 Starters Earn County Honors

Following his team's , Riverhead girls' hoops coach Dave Spinella was named Suffolk Coach of the Year, as players Jalyn Brown, Shanice Allen and Melodee Riley took home honors to the county's All-Suffolk teams.
Brown, a senior who will be playing basketball at C.W. Post next year as she enters college, was named to first team, All-Suffolk. Riley, a senior, and Allen, a junior, took home second team All-Suffolk honors.
