Question of the Day: What Did You Think About the Tomcats' Season?

The town's collegiate baseball team will finish with a losing record for the third straight year. Did you follow along this season?

As the Hamptons Collegiate Baseball League regular season draws to a close tomorrow night, the Riverhead Tomcats will play their final game looking to end a disappointing season on a high note.

The Tomcats have won their last two games, and have a chance to tie their longest winning streak of three games with a victory

The win would be some measure of consolation for a currently 17-22 season that started with promise but crumbled after a dismal streak in early July when the team lost eight of nine games. That setback proved too much for the Tomcats, who will finish with a losing record for the third straight year.
