For the football fans out there, you've been hearing the talking heads and reading columns about the Super Bowl for over a week now. Well, so have I.
In the spirit of trying to localize the Super Bowl, one of the biggest media spectacles year after year on the national stage, I thought it might be fun to take advantage of the fact that my favorite football team is playing off againt one of the local squads. And considering , is a , it only made sense for us to try and get a local conversation going.
So Doug graciously took some time out of his day on Sunday to chat with me over what we think some pros and cons of each team are. We may not sound too different from the guys on ESPN, NFL.com, or other sports outlets, but rather than yelling at your TV at someone in Bristol, CT or Indianaoplis, at least you can bounce some ideas off a couple of local residents who will talk back with you.
