I have had the pleasure of working with Mark Freeley, for the past 12 years. Not only have I been his assistant for the past 12 years, but I was also his client. He is the most THOROUGH AND KNOWLEDGEABLE attorney you can ever ask for. He will follow your case from START TO FINISH, and fight to get his clients well compensated. His knowledge in personal injuries is outstanding and you will be very happy with his service. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a personal injury attorney.
I have had the pleasure of working with Mark Freeley for the last four and a half years and have found him to be the most honest and straight forward attorney I ever known. I have been a paralegal for over 20 years and have worked with many attorneys. I have the utmost respect for Mark Freeley for his dedication to his work and his clients. He's extremely thorough and intelligent and works very hard for each and every client. I can honestly say Mark never overlooks or misses anything when he's working on a case. His results are outstanding and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a personal injury attorney.
Being a physician, I know quite a number of professional people, because I rub elbows with these people everyday. I can honestly tell you that Mark not only is one of the sharpest people that I've ever come across, but he genuinely cares about other people and their well-being. He not only can he provide legal help with the expertise that is amongst the best, but he does it in a way that makes you feel that you really matter. He is always listening to you and he has a smooth, easy going and outgoing personality. If you were around the man and see how he interacts with his family, friends, and community, it should come as no surprise why I give him my strongest endorsement.
I've been freinds with Mark for years now and i can tell you he is one of the most honest people i know. Never an exaggeration or sugar coating, he tells it like it is. He has given me priceless advice on Insurance policies, automobile safety, and my legal rights in many situations that can come about in day ot day life. I look forward to his next blog !
I know Mark Freeley for the last 14 years. He is very intelligent and well organized Attorney. I am lucky to have him as a colleague as well as my attorney. He has been working as a Managing Attorney for a prestigious law firm. I have seen him giving his hundred per cent to all the cases he handles. He has a positive attitude and very informative.
Mark Freeley is both a friendly and knowledgable lawyer whose professional yet approachable working style is one I would recommend time and time again. I love reading his blog and I often use the helpful family safety tips on the blog.
Mark Freeley is an exceptional lawyer with a vast knowledge of the law AND medicine applicable to your case. Mark has helped my family on numerous occasions. He has been fighting for the rights of injured victims for two decades and, I can say from personal experience, he has made a difference in the lives of his clients and their families. Mark is, without question, one of the most knowledgeable and experienced attorneys I have ever met. I wholeheartedly recommend Mark Freeley.
I have found Mark to be a caring, compassionate and intelligent lawyer. Unlike Mashed Potatoes, I find the blogs to be informative and interesting. I don't know how reading about issues like the right car insurance coverage, booster seats and school safety are wastes of time. This is a lawyer willing to give free advice. Who does that anymore? Maybe it's a collection of hard luck stories because people in trouble go to lawyers. Duh! The best thing is- this lawyer talks to you in a way you can understand and doesn't talk down to you. I highly recommend him.
Concussion in youth sports is a serious condition. Please read my blog article on threevillage patch to learn how to recognize the signs and symptoms of concussion. It is very important that the child athlete not return to sports until the concussion is fully resolved.
I know exactly how to help you if you are injured in an accident because I have helped thousands of other Long Islanders over the last 20 years with their accident-injury matters. I handle only SERIOUS accident cases so that I am able to provide my clients with the personal care they not only deserve, but absolutely require. A SERIOUS accident totally disrupts a person's life as well as the lives of their family members. There are not only health issues to deal with, but medical expenses, loss of earnings, and a host of other inter-related matters that can truly create high levels of stress on all involved.
I try to imagine myself going through the same ordeal as my client to identify and better understand the specific issues affecting their life as a result of their injuries. As a husband and father myself I draw upon my life experiences to help my clients through this difficult time of their lives.
Although my office is located in Woodbury, I reside in the Three Village area and I am always available for home or even hospital meetings with all of my clients.
Almost any day of the week I can be found representing my clients in the Courts in Riverhead, Central Islip or Mineola. I do not sit at my desk waiting for the Insurance companies to call me, I bring the litigation to them. This is really the only way to assure full and fair compensation for my client.

Family is my top priority, and I am concerned about the safety of our families and children in the Three Village area. I have written many articles in the Times Beacon Record about issues that affect our daily lives.
One article dealt with the importance and relevant law regarding the use of Booster seats which must be used until a child's 8th birthday and should be used even past that for proper seat belt fit.
Another article was about the danger of young kids sitting in the front seat as airbags deploy at around 240mph and can be fatal or cause serious injuries. NYS says that kids under the age of 12 should sit in the rear seat for maximum protection.
These are just some of the issues I have written on. If you would like to read these and other articles they are available at www.northshoreinjurylawyer.com. If you have any questions you can always e-mail me at northshoreinjurylawyer@gmail.com.
Please take the time to review your car insurance policy BEFORE you are involved in an accident. There are many important coverage options that are typically not fully explained by insurance agents or brokers. You may think you are "fully covered" only to learn after an accident that you did not have the coverage that protects YOU.
Do you have the maximum No-Fault coverage to cover ever raising medical costs ? If the at fault car has little or no insurance, do you have sufficient Un/Underinsured motorist coverage to protect you and your family ? If your spouse causes an accident and you are injured does your policy provide you with the coverage necessary to recover for your injuries ?
I will review your policy absolutely free of charge to ensure that you are properly protected in the event of an accident, and make the appropriate coverage recommendations.
Please feel free to e-mail me any of your insurance questions at northshoreinjurylawyer@gmail.com. You can also print out a sample car insurance policy with my coverage suggestions at www.northshoreinjurylawyer.com.
Please read my blog on www.threevillage.patch.com for interesting articles on everything from the most imortant car insurance you can't afford to drive without, to child booster seats, Suffolk's Social Host law, the dangers of driving, that crazy McDonad's hot coffee case and the simple fun of bringing your kids to a car show...
Look for my article in the local Times Beacon Record Newspapers in the Leisure Section this Thursday August 25th, entitled The Hidden Danger of Wire Glass in our Schools. This is MUST read for every parent with a child going back to school in September. Please warn your kids to stay away from the glass with the wire in the middle. It is HALF as strong as plate glass and causes horrific injuries when broken. It can't be installed in schools anymore, but there is no law requiring the schools to remove the old wire glass....BEWARE !
The best part of our experience with Mark is that he actually took my calls!!! Imagine that? My mother and I found him to be very honest, personable, and dependable.

Horrible!
