I remember when the vineyards started this years ago to keep business flowing in the dead of winter.…Read More All you had to do was show up, purchase some wine and sit back and enjoy. Not anymore. $5 was annoying. $15 made me mad. $20 and I'm out. No way. Its amazing how the vineyards have ruined what was once a great event. They did it with the summer events, too. I understand paying for flights. No problem. But only being able to purchase wine by the glass instead of the bottle is nothing more than a money grab and I no longer visit those wineries that do that. Some wineries don't even let you bring in food. Why do you care? I mean, I'm there for your wine, not your food. They are ruining the east end wine experience for me and many that I know who feel the same way.
