I have been working in the press since I was 18. As a 4th generation Riverhead native, I love photographing the old places in Riverhead. Since my family has long established roots in the town, I find it interesting to see how it has changed and continues to change over time. I had a particular fondness for downtown Riverhead because it is simply beautiful and has so much to offer, yet is so neglected. I walked down Main Street almost daily as a young Riverhead girl and so I find it sad to see it all gone. I also hope that one of my children will walk in my footsteps, as I walk in my father's footsteps, as he was a photographer as well.  Professionally, in addition to photography, I work as a graphic designer and web designer with a strong background in print.
