Cops: Man Had Forged Government ID
In other Flanders crimes, a man was charged with DWI.

Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument
• Samtos Martinez, 39, of Riverside, was arrested April 19 at 7:06 a.m. and charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree, a felony. Police said Martinez was involved in a single-car accident near the intersection of Flanders Road and Fanning Road and it was discovered that he had a forged government ID.
Driving While Intoxicated
• Byron Arnoldo Hernandez-Tocay, 28, of Flanders, was arrested April 20 at 11:55 p.m. near the intersection of Flanders Road and County Road 105 in Flanders and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor.
Criminal Mischief
• Dyshaun M. Carter, 32, who police said is homeless, was arrested April 20 at 11 p.m. in Flanders and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a felony. The arrest report states that around 10 p.m. Carter intentionally damaged a 2001 Oldsmobile Alero belonging to the mother of his child. The damage was in excess of $250, police said.
